Hi, I’m Ilona, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
My path to becoming a trauma-trained therapist began with a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone, no matter how heavy the past may feel.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed the incredible courage it takes for people to share their stories, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients as they rebuild trust in themselves and others.
Why Trauma-Trained Care Matters to Me
I know that trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, unsafe, or uncertain about who we are. That’s why my work is grounded in safety, compassion, and respect.
I strive to create a space where you don’t have to hide parts of yourself—where all of your experiences are welcomed without judgment.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I see therapy as a partnership: I bring my training and tools, and you bring your lived experience and inner wisdom.
